A beautiful communication move

From SRM – Reti e Mobilità SRL, the public transport agency of the Municipality and the Metropolitan City of Bologna, we were commissioned to promote the sustainable mobility initiative Bella Mossa, aimed at using an app to participate in a gamification process involving prizes such as vouchers and discount vouchers from partner shops and companies, for travel choices using environmentally friendly means through the mechanism of accumulating Mobility Points.

Spotlight on sustainable mobility

The first step was to support the clients in organising the press conference to launch the initiative. At the same time, we took care of the on- and off-line press office activities, generating excellent results: from full and complete press, TV, radio and web coverage in the local and regional area, to prominent national releases on Repubblica.it and other online newspapers.

Green goes social

During the six-month duration of the project, we also launched and managed the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels, the main tools for spreading news about the project, taking care of their editorial programming and carrying out community management activities that gave further visibility and popularity to the initiative.

Events and garrisons to maximise awareness

In the dissemination plan, which envisages numerous events, Absolut supports the client in the organisation and management of about 15 garrisons, in events open to the public and in places of specific interest, in order to maximise awareness and dissemination of the initiative among the public.

Partners in game

To contribute to the maximum success of the initiative, we also sought out and selected around 40 business partners, who were involved in the initiative by providing rewards or discounts redeemable through the app.

Success beyond expectations

Also thanks to this integrated and coherent set-up of promotional activities, Bella Mossa exceeded 15,000 active users, hitting and exceeding the targets set during the planning phase in a very short time.
